Moving your body makes space for JOY

Confession time…I cried when I watched Rocky (all of ‘em)…Yep, no lie. They were my favorite movies and as much as my brothers teased me, I’ve always been a sucker for the underdog.

So, it’s no surprise I’ve taken up boxing and it feels GREAT! (Yes, I admit sometimes I hear the Rocky theme playing in my head!)

But the real truth is moving of any kind is critical for our body AND mind. We clear out toxins in our sweat and we create endorphins as we move. But most of all, we MOVE emotions and get unstuck.
