One shift to your walk in the woods will make it "Forest Bathing" Instead

Today, I invite you to take a bath with me, a forest bath. It's one of my top ways to literally recharge and reset and I really needed it this week! 

I don't just walk through the woods. I intentionally bathe in them and I want to show you how! Remember that everything you do has more power when you bring your ATTENTION and INTENTION to it.

So, today, I'm going to show you how I do it. My self-care practice very often takes advantage of the amazing medicine right outside my door. Today, it's the medicine of the trees and the healing phytochemicals they secrete. 

Your best medicine is accessible to you anytime. And it's your birth right to access it whenever you need. So come with me for a few minutes just to see the exact way I use the trees to heal me. I'll share my favorite meditation that you can do for a few moments or much longer. You'll see why it shifts my spirit EVERY single time.
